Our return policy
Memmoir.shop accepts all returns, without any reason, within 10 working days. You have the first 5 working days to send us an email with the message “return- [name and product code]" and another 5 working days to return the package. This means that the product must return to our warehouse in maximum 14 calendar days from the moment you have received the product. We ask you to consider that the transport can take up to 5 working days, except the case when is sent via the express delivery.
For the modified products based on the costumer’s request (size retouches, material replacing, colour etc.) we reserve the right not to accept returns.
Please read carefully the information below:
Before ordering any product, we insistently ask you to carefully check the product on the site. In the product description page you will find all the information necessary. In case you need more information, please contact us at: contact@memmoir.com. Furthermore, in the same product page you can use the zoom function, in order to study in detail the composition of the material that the product is made from, as well as its details.
The delivery service that we use is FAN COURIER, we recommend that you use the same service for the return of the product, for an easier return. Still, if you wish to use another delivery service for the product’s return, you can choose any other delivery service provider.
The payment for the return transport is the responsibility of the client.
Send the package with the invoice/proforma from the package that you received at the sender’s address.
The cost for the return/replacement of the product will be paid by the client.
Attention! We will not receive any cash-on-delivery packages.
According to the common general legislation that Romania uses, regarding the transfer of propriety over the good, the product is in the full responsibility of the client, until it reaches back to us.
We advise you that, before removing the label, to carefully check if the product is the same as the one that you ordered, if it hasn’t deteriorated during delivery or during packaging and if it is the right size.
Memmoir.shop will not accept the return of worn products, that do not have the label attached to the product or the packaging is destroyed.
Attention! In case of a custom-made product, the possibility of a return is not available.
According to the conditions stipulated in the art 4 lin.1 let b) of O.G. 130/2000, in the case of product purchase from the site www.memmoir.shop, the buyer can opt for a single return/replacement of a product.
In the exceptional case that the product was delivered by Memmoir.shop without a security label and you wish to return the product, please contact us on the same day at the email address: contact@memmoir.shop or the telephone number: 0726914609.
Please take into consideration that the products need to be returned in their original packaging (+ box).
The multiple renunciation of purchase can be considered as an abuse and, as a result the following orders will be completed only if they are prepaid.
In case we sent you another product than the one you ordered, you can return it without any additional cost. We will pay all the delivery costs and we will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package.
These politics of return does not affect in any way your rights that are provisioned by the law in force.

The colours of our products
We constantly make all the necessary efforts to show you the original colours of the product. Still, due to the fact that every monitor can have different settings, it is possible that you may see the colours slightly modified from the original ones. That is the reason that we cannot guarantee that what you see on the monitor complies with the original colour of the product.
What do you have to do in order to return a product?
Send us an email to contact@memmoir.shop with the subjectreturnez [product name and cod]. In the message, please write your onsite identification data, telephone number that you can be contacted and the delivery address on which the product was ordered.
The order for the courier and the return transport cost are paid by the Buyer and will be sent to the following address: MMM GLOBAL TEX PREMIUM S.R.L., Principala St. no. 115A, Nazna, Târgu-Mureș.
Once we received the product, in its initial state that we sent it to you, unused and with the labels attached, within the 14 calendar days, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product.
